The good outweighs the bad (barely)

The location was fantastic, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The pool area was lovely and perfect for relaxation! !

Unfortunately, the staff's customer service was lacking, and my room showed signs of need for maintenance with various overlooked details.

I stayed in a King Room with City View for three nights. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. The room had a comfortable bed and attractive decor. I loved the large windows that let in plenty of light. The shower had good water pressure, which made mornings refreshing. The location is excellent. lots of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. However, I faced issues with the elevators. They often seemed to be out of service, leading to long waits. My room had a musty smell, which affected the comfort a bit. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy during the night, making it hard to sleep. Maintenance promptly addressed a couple of minor issues when I contacted them. Overall, I’d recommend staying here for the location and comfort, despite the elevator problems.

I loved unwinding at the rooftop pool and relaxing in the heated swimming pool after a long day. The room could have used a little refreshing, but it didn't ruin my good time at all. 😄

The large room was clean and the bed. oh man, very comfortable. Plus had an amazing experience at the terrace bar, especially during that sunset, truly mesmerizing.

It wasn't cheap but for what I got it was still acceptable.
